i don't have a permanent home for this guy yet - but here's his head. lots of pieces this guy was. i die cut each element 2 or 3 times & layered them to create a bit of dimension. and i wanted a solid base - so it is 6 layers. i used manila cardstock (just a manila office folder) & lots of distress inks/spray stains. here's a break down:
- bottom layer: candied apple spray then fired brick & aged mahogany ink
- face: antique linen ink then cracked pistachio spray then antique linen, shabby shutters & shaded lilac ink
- green elements: twisted citron spray then peeled paint & forest moss ink
- mouth: gums - white cardstock & old paper ink; teeth - gray cardstock; tooth - antique bronzed paint
- hair: black cardstock & antique linen ink
- eyes: white cardstock & pumice stone ink; black cardstock & fired brick ink
