i have one more card to share that i created for the taylored expressions september release. this card features the new little bits - fall harvest die set & the new door to door fall decor die set. i also used three of the new te premium ink colors - dijon, sweet basil & mulled wine.


i inked up the background with an ink blending tool - the dijon & sweet basil inks blended together nicely. then i assembled all of the little die cuts to create a simple fall scene. lastly i added a sentiment from the previously released c'mon get happy sentiment set.

last week the taylored expressions september release went live - and today i am sharing a card i created with the new woodsy wishes stamp set & its coordinating die set. and one of the new additions to the te premium ink collection also makes an appearance - i used the toffee dye ink to ink up my background.


the cute little deer was stamped & paper pieced then layered atop the coordinating die cut - i used chocolate truffle for the die cut to help add dimension to the stamped image. and the rest of the scene was created with a few previously released dies.

i have one more birthday card to share this month & 3 fun new products are featured on it. i started with the make a wish stamp & die combo for the candles & the sentiment. and my collection of candles are sitting inside the newest addition to the on the road collection - on the road wagon. and to add a bit of interest to the background i used the new streamers embossing folder.


to stamp the candles i used various colors te premium dye ink & then die cut them with the coordinating dies. to create the two-tone flames i stamped the top half of the flame with lemon meringue ink - cleaned off the stamp - then stamped the bottom half of the flame with candy corn ink. i stamped all four flames at the same time using my misti tool - but a large stamping block would work just as well.
