up first today is a card i created with the new sit & chat stamp set & the coordinating die set. i paper pieced the sofa and lamp with scraps & assembled the pieces atop the coordinating die cuts. the sentiment was stamped onto one of my new favorite dies - the new little bits - let's talk bubble 2.
to create the rest of the scene i embossed earl grey cardstock with the bead board embossing folder & used strips of white cardstock & patterned paper for the baseboard and floor.
to create my 'let's chat' card i used the following supplies available in the te shop:
up next is a tag i created with the newest addition to the roly poly collection - the new roly poly - owl. as you can see my owl is a sweet gal, but the die set also comes with dies for a boy version. also new this month is a new tag die set - tag stacklets 3, and my owl is sitting atop a die cut cut with the largest die in the set.
to create the dimension on her wings i embossed the die cut pieces with the new houndstooth embossing folder. her little bow was cut with a die from the previously released roly poly - panda die set & the sentiment is from the previously released sack it sentiments stamp set.
to create my owl tag i used the following supplies available in the te shop:
