my first share for today is an all die cuts 'welcome baby' card & it features a couple of new additions to the build a scene & little bits collections. the new little bits - teddy bear is sitting on a rug from the new build a scene - nursery set. and the welcome sign is from the new welcome baby banner set.
the color combo i used for this card was pulled from a piece of patterned paper from the previously released double the joy 6x6 paper pack. and i thought the grays paired well with the orange, blue & green.
to create my 'welcome' card i used the following supplies available in the te shop:
the second card i am sharing today started off with another new addition to the build a scene collection - the new build a scene - window die set. after creating the window scene i decided it needed one of the new grown up grumplings - this guy is dreaming of heading back to bed.
the view outside the window was created with a bit of distress ink & a die cut from the build a scene - calendar die set. as usual, my grumpling was paper pieced & i added a bit of dimension to the carpet he is sitting on by embossing a strip of cardstock with the new houndstooth embossing folder.
