today i am sharing an inlaid die cuts card i created with the scribbles flowers die set from taylored expressions. along with the flower die set i used the stitched circle stacklets for my background circles & the 'hello' sentiment is from the little bits of spring sentiment stamp set.
here's a snapshot of the card assembly in action - first i die cut into the black stitched cirlce a place to put all of the flower pieces. this took two passes through my die cut machine so that the leaf would overlap the stem - this is also when i die cut a portion from the stem to get the two remaining pieces. then i heat embossed the sentiment & adhered the black circle to the blue circle. then into their new home went all of the pieces of the flower.
