today is release day at taylored expressions and all of the new petite stamps being released this month are now available here. my project today features the stamp set light up my life. i've used one of the sentiment stamps along with coordinating dies for the lamp.
here's a close-up of the lamp - i added a small snip of gold ball chain and a gold enamel dot to the die-cuts to embellish the lamp a bit. to adhere the ball chain i added several very tiny dots of liquid glue to the paper then carefully placed the ball chain on top.

This is sooo cute, Courtney...love the papers and sewing at the botton...the little chain is the icing on the cupcake!!!!
