all of the new taylored expressions july release products are now available in the fresh out of the oven department of the online store. today i'm sharing cards that i created with the life saver and bon voyage rubber stamp sets.
my first card was created with the life saver set illustrated by nancy mckinney. the life preserver was paper pieced with 3 patterned papers and then finished off with a random piece of cord that's been sitting on my table for a while. although i didn't use it for this card, the life saver set comes with a coordinating die set - a life preserver and an anchor.
and my second card was mostly created with the bon voyage set illustrated by emily burger - the sentiment is part of the life saver set. the boat was paper pieced, and i cut the waves with my silhouette and a scallop border digital die-cut. the anchor was stamped onto a cardstock scrap, cut out and then covered with glossy accents.
