back to the drawing board

i haven't sewn in a while - except on paper. so i pulled out the instructions for this quick gift bag that were part of the online sewing class i took last summer - home ec. i was a bit rusty - but able to pull off something that i think should be reusuable for a while.

a couple of cards that were recently published in paper crafts magazine - these images are scans from the magazines since i kept forgetting to photograph these during the daylight hours. the card on the left is in the march/april issue and the card on the right is in the stamp it! techniques special issue.

my computer was ill a few weeks back and when transfering all my files to another hard drive i stumbled upon this card that had yet to make up on the blog. made this one for purple onion designs last fall i think.

i'm back. but not with anything i've worked on recently. all of these cards here are part of the new a muse | studio catalog which debuted last week. i made them way back in november and have been keeping this secret ever since then. i borrowed all of these photos from the catalog which you can take a look at over at the new a muse | studio website. the owl holding the flower - he's my favorite out of the whole batch that i made.
