back to the drawing board

a quick card using a couple of stamps that can be found in the torendi store. the little owl guy and the sentiment were stamped with pigment ink then embossed with clear embossing powder - makes them pop a bit. and if you haven't heard - everything in the torendi store is 30% off through the rest of 2010 if you use coupoon code: holiday2010. happy shopping!

time for this week's torendi project. i started off with this joyful snowman image that showed up in my inbox a few weeks back - thanks jane! i resized him to about 3-inches then printed him on patterned paper that can be found in the torendi store. cut him out, pieced him together, added some arms & a bit of yellow embroidery floss and he was all done.

i have yet to see this special issue from scrapbook trends - but all 6 of these cards were supposed to make it into the issue. let's see - the gingerbread man and the two cards in the bottom row were design team projects for pod, the two christmas tree cards in the middle were made for hero arts challenges, and the snowman was a moxie fab world challenge. speaking of - i haven't participted in any of those in quite a while. definitely need to start that back up.
