thank-you jane beljo! i was asked to be the guest designer for jane's newest digital stamp release - retro tulips. you can find retro tulips, along with many of jane's other doodles, over at squigglefly. to create my card i resized the retro tulips image to about 3-inches tall and printed it on the white card base. then i printed the image two more times, once on green paper and then again on a page torn from an old dictionary. before gluing down the tulip pieces i sprayed the flower portion with glimmer mist - i tried to get the glimmer to show up in a photo but it just wasn't happening.
digital stamp: squigglefly [retro tulips/jane beljo];
cardstock: bazzill [china/weave texture]; paper: making memories [green/mistletoe collection], [page torn from old dictionary]; paper accent: doodlebug
designs [cupcake/paper frill]; ink: tattered angles [old lace/glimmer mist]; other: [machine stitching].
