i'm still working on eliminating my pile of random leftover bits from other projects. this little guy here is  made from the rejects of 2 other projects. i can't remember why i made the canvas/background - but it's been sitting on my desk waiting for me to do something with it for about 6 months now. as for the heart with all the buttons - i remember exactly what it's original purpose was. a few years back i made a few projects for the paper crafts 101 special issue. one of my assignments was to make a wedding card, hence the heart. but  it wasn't a quick enough read, so i did a few changes and this is the card that ended up in the magazine. now finally, 3 years later, my heart has found a home.

paper: autumn leaves  [basic black/red, black & cream collection], [page from old dictionary]; chipboard: [heart]; buttons: autumn leaves [red, black & cream collection];  stamp: prima [grate/collage stamp]; ink: ranger ink [faded jeans & fired brick/tim holtz distress ink]; paint: ranger ink [blank canvas/claudine hellmuth studio], plaid [burnt umber/folk art acrylic]; embossing powder: ranger ink [fired brick/tim holtz distress powder]; other: [5x5 canvas].
